Q: Can I recycle old electronic equipment?

Q: Can I recycle old ink cartridges?

A: Yes. If the ink cartridges are still usable you can send out an all fac/staff email to see if anyone would like them. If the ink cartridges are spent you can request boxes from Staples for sending them in and then just drop them off at the campus post office.

Q: Can I recycle batteries?

A: At present Westmont does not have a battery recycling program in place. There are several dropoff locations for hazardous waste in Santa Barbara; visit this webpage for more information. Alternatively, you can view this flyer.

Q: How do I get a recycling or trash bin for my office?

A: Contact Mayra Leo, Director of Custodial Services to request a recycling bin.
